Join Helen Forster for a two-hour immersive journey which is an invitation to step out of the demands of daily life and into a deeply restorative space of rest, nervous system reset, and inner connection.
The experience begins with gentle grounding practices designed to support participants in arriving fully into their bodies and the present moment. Through mindful breath awareness and guided relaxation, participants are gradually led into Yoga Nidra — often described as “yogic sleep” — a deeply meditative state where the body rests while the mind remains softly aware. Within this state, the body is given permission to release tension, the nervous system shifts into repair and restoration, and participants are guided to connect with intention, inner wisdom, and emotional balance.
As the journey deepens, participants are immersed in a carefully curated Sound Healing experience using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, shamanic sounds, and vibrational tones. The therapeutic frequencies support energetic clearing, emotional release, and cellular relaxation, allowing the body and mind to move into deeper states of harmony and regulation.
