The Inner Castle - A Creative Arts Therapy Workshop

ogether, we will open the heart through a gentle cacao ceremony, awaken the body with embodied movement, and explore our inner world through a guided creative arts therapy workshop.

This experience is an invitation to slow down, connect, and express what is alive within you in a safe and supportive space. No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to be present and curious.

We will close our time together with a nourishing treat and herbal tea, allowing space to integrate and connect.

A soulful afternoon of creativity, connection, and inner exploration awaits.

ABOUT YOUR HOSTS

ASHLEY OGILVIE

Ashley of AO Therapy is a Scottish-born expressive arts therapist and integrative psychotherapist, working from a client-centred, trauma-informed, and neuro-affirming lens. Her work is grounded in evidence-based practice, woven with creativity, body - mind awareness, and nervous system attunement.

She is drawn to symbolism, the unconscious, and the layers beneath language, offering a different way of seeing and understanding yourself, especially when words alone don’t quite reach.

Her style is warm, curious, and collaborative. She values depth over quick fixes, and believes healing happens in spaces where you feel safe enough to be real - not perfect.

Sessions are gently shaped around you. This may include reflective conversation, creative processes, or nature-based work - approaches that can be especially supportive when traditional talk therapy feels limiting.

Therapy with Ashley isn’t about doing it ‘right'. It’s about showing up as you are - messy, human, in process - and meeting that with compassion and curiosity.

She finds joy in creativity, nature, music, and the quiet moments of connection where something shifts.

HELEN FORSTER

Helen is a retreat facilitator, space holder, and soul work guide devoted to creating safe, sacred spaces for deep inner exploration and transformation. Through her work with Helen Forster Soul Work and Wise Women Retreats, Helen weaves together practices such as meditation, breathwork, sound, and ritual to support others in reconnecting with themselves.

Known for her grounded and nurturing presence, Helen gently guides participants to soften, listen inward, and meet themselves with compassion and honesty. Her work invites a return to wholeness, where both strength and vulnerability are welcomed, and each person is supported to walk their own path, held in community.
